About Deb

I am a Canadian Artist. My primary focus is sculpture. I also paint with acrylics and draw in ink.

My finished sculptures come in many mediums, everything from bronze to cold cast bronze resin, fired clay, ice, snow and pumpkin.

My work is contemporary realism, often portrait and figurative works or multiple figures together. My sculpture training highlighted anatomy and I love the complexity of muscle, bone, movement, proportion and the resulting beauty in both people and animals.

My pieces are not only detailed but are also meant to tell a story, often with multiple levels.
