Scenes of Strathcona County
I will have a few paintings in the upcoming exhibition “Scenes of Strathcona County” in the Loft Gallery. The Gallery features artwork by members of the Art Society of Strathcona County and is located at the Ottewell Barn (A.J. Ottewell Centre 590 Broadmoor Blvd, Sherwood Park). Participating in Alberta Cultural Days Celebrates Sculpture at Festival Place

Kiwanis Gallery in Red Deer
Excited to be the Feature Artist in the Kiwanis Gallery in Red Deer this summer. I will at the reception Friday July 5. Show runs June 18 to August 11, 2024. Thank you to the Red Deer Arts Council for selecting me, and all the hard work setting up the show “Connection”. The Gallery is downstairs at the Red Deer Public Library.

On Family Day is was at the Edmonton Garrison carving in Ice with 2 other ladies, Barb and Janet, all of us SAA members. Great event, lots of family fun :)
Silver Skate Festival 2024 Edmonton Snow Carving
I had the pleasure of being on a team at the Silver Skate Festival’s Snow Symposium/Snow Sculpting Competition. The sculptures are on display until the end of the festival (Feb 19, 2024) at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park (by the Valley Zoo). Seven Teams participated. My partner Barb and I did the Snow Queen’s face with ice burg crown and her wolves fighting on the back side, our team was “Frozen Fantasy” :)
